Jersey's Occupation Economy - By Mark Boleat

Mark has held senior roles across both public and private sectors and is a recognised authority on housing, regulation, and public policy. He has published twelve books on financial and policy issues, including three pioneering studies: The Building Society Industry, National Housing Finance Systems – A Comparative Study, and Managing Trade Associations. Other notable works include An Agenda for Better Regulation (2009), The Housing Problem in London (2017), Brexit and Financial Services – The Story So Far (2018), and Jersey’s Population – A History (2022). His research continues to inform current debate on housing finance, regulation, and governance.
