1834 Le Gros

This is a detailed map of the town centre extending from York Place to the west, Springfield Place to the north, Le Dicq to the east, and Pointe de Pas to the south. At the bottom of the map is a view of the harbour and Fort Regent, as seen from the west. It is a very detailed and accurate map which shows individual buildings , property boundaries, watercourses, quarries, gardens and orchards and shows little distortion when compared with modern digital maps. 13 significant buildings are scheduled.
